As Christians we fight a constant battle between who we want to be and what we truly are. Jesus comes in to our lives as a conqueror overtaking us and our battle.

The work of Christ overpowers the condemnation of the Law. In the resurrection of Christ believers are given new life and new hope.

The Ascension of Christ is a time when Christ and the Church proclaim victory. The Crown of Christ is made real for all who call on Him

The Resurrection of Christ brings to us the way the Lord is making us new. This includes our minds and bodies. He makes a stronghold for us to rest so that we can remain focused and experience the renewing and regeneration of our minds in the Holy Spirit.

We are people who are created in the image of God. Our God is a conversational God who speaks and calls out. As people in His image, and being restored by Christ's resurrection, we are to communicate like He does, with words of life and forgiveness.

Man was created to be with others. With the Resurrection we find that our relationships have meaning.
