Only as we forgive do we release the poison of our own lives and move on. Being in a prison of unforgiveness, we hold our own keys.

There is risk being a peacemaker. There is important work in being a peacemaker, in spite of the risk.

Let's face it, we are imperfect beings. Even in our imperfection, God has great plans for us. Jacob's life changed to Israel because of his struggle with God. Each of us struggles, with God, with ourselves, with others. How can we find comfort in those struggles?

We are all created by God, with strengths and weaknesses. We are created in love and are equally loved by God, even when mankind treats with conditional love.

We are often shaped by our parents, but even moreso In our relationships with siblings. Some may have grown up being compared to am older sibling or neighbor's child. Emotional damage can occur.
