We've had to make adjustments in our lives in a 'post 9/11' world. For a brief time people in the US lived in unity. How do we endure the changes and the challenges of today's disunity? Let your light shine before others. When the world is at its worst, the church must be at its best.

The beauty of the Gospel of Jesus Christ can be seen in the confrontation of us with our sins and beliefs. How is it that we became so firm in thinking that being good takes us to Heaven? This message confronts that belief, as well as relates what is truly important.

Oftentimes the difficulties we face are the result of having given in to temptation. They work hard, but do not seek God. It is a lie. We cannot help ourselves before God. Believing in the statement is a feeble attempt to save the self without God. We must entrust ourselves to the care of the Great Healer and trust in God.

We will face difficulties, sometimes one at a time, sometimes all at once. God sacrificed His Son and went through difficulty as well. Give it three days.

Is your life centered around fame, power and money? Many are hooked on the idea of owning a lot of stuff, which can lead to the 'most toys, least time' syndrome. Money and things do not love us back. Nothing replaces the status of loving others and them loving back and nothing replaces the love of God.
