We are chosen so that we can be blessed. We are blessed so that we can be broken. We are broken so that ultimately, we can be given and reflect God’s incredible love to others.

B. Suffering is seen as an unwelcome intrusion into our lives, but learning to sit with our suffering can perfect us (it can help us see and work out our imperfections) and make us more like Christ.

God blesses us by considering us perfect and helping work out the imperfections. We bless others by helping them see what God sees in them.

Your identity and value in life doesn't rest in what you accomplosh; you are already chosen by God and have nothing to prove.
