  • Be and Do
How are we going to respond to a life full of trials and temptations as believers? Well James answers that today. Important to that is the Word of God. We must hear, receive and obey the Word of God, so that produced is a life of purity and a life that loves others. So, let us put into practice what we profess to believe.

  • Wisdom
No doubt there have been circumstances of one degree or another that you have faced and didn’t know which way to turn. If you have been through such experiences or want to be prepared for them when they come then today’s scripture text is spot on. We need godly wisdom. Today we look at what wisdom is or better yet who wisdom is. We need this wisdom, our children need it and others we know. • Acts 29
The church is now on the March as we see it in Rome and nothing can stop it. The work of proclaiming Jesus has continued and for centuries Christians from every walk of life have been writing Acts 29. What will be written of us? • The Risk-filled Life
Today, I want us to look at risk through the Apostle Paul as he was in Jerusalem and eventually Rome and the risks he took. God wants you and I to take risks just as Paul did. In fact, very little happens in the life of a church or of an individual apart from risk. Let us expect great things from God and attempt great things for Him.

  • Loving the Whole Life Story
I want to encourage you on this Sanctity of Life Sunday to love the whole life story from the womb to the tomb. We must care for the unborn child and blow the trumpet of life for them, but our vision of life doesn’t stop there. God first loved us from the womb and even long before that. He will continue to love us all the way to the tomb and beyond that, so we ought to live to do the same for others, especially those who cannot defend or provide for themselves. Let us love the whole life story.

  • Cause of Christ
In today’s text, we see the example of the apostle Paul as Christ’s witness. His hope was in a suffering and risen Christ. He knew Jesus alone was the hope and resurrection of the dead. Paul came to this revelation through a dramatic event and he shared it boldly. Christ pursued Paul and saved Him to unleash him as His ambassador to the world. With hope and a story God has unleashed us as well to be about Jesus’ cause in 2017.

  • Advent: Jesus is The Same
Merry Christmas and Happy Advent. The anticipating path of advent leads to this night filled with awe and wonder in the coming of the Light of the World, Jesus Christ. On this Christmas Eve night let us remember together that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. The seasons and years change, but Jesus is unchanging. Tonight we will look into this great truth and see how the stability of Jesus impacts us all.
