You are a lame beggar, in need of a savior or one that is made well. Our greatest need is Christ and that should drive us to live like Christ and die to self.

The book of Revelation is reminder that life is a battlefield and how we should live as a living sacrifice for the Lord. This book is symbolic, we are the measured (protected) temple.

The gospel is most effective when addressing idolatry in the church; all things can become an idol when it is not seen through the gospel lens.

As believes, we do tend to forget the gospel at times, leading to a false gospel. This is what 2 Peter 1:3-10 says, near sided to blind. We are in great need of the gospel, there is victory in Christ!

It is only Jesus that gives eternal life, the world will perish and you will have nothing. Live in Christ and experience the true satisfaction in Him with deep love.

Understanding the gospel and knowing your deep depravity leads to true worship. Coming to grips that if you remove the severity of God, you diminish the grace of God. Worldliness will destroy life because it is not from God, there is war with the idols.

God knows our hearts and knows that we are in love with ourselves, He is at war with our idols. We must overcome this love affair with ourselves and live as a living sacrifice for the living God. Where is your heart?

God is determined to rescue His children, were He will destroy, kill and/or judge whatever or whoever that gets in the way. He makes war because He loves us. We are to join in with this battle and trust the gospel. Are you at war with your idols daily?

As Children of God we belong in the Church of God, but also in our local church. We are called to be in community, to be obedient, and to server the body in worship for His glorification. Are we really Saints?

You can not accept grace until you know how far you are away from God. Do you believe in the severity if God? Are you silent before the King? Do you obey the King? God is kind and He loves!
