Leadership is important and the Bible has a lot to say about it. We looked at 1 Timothy 3 where leadership in Jesus' church is most clearly defined. Leadership is for the good of God's people and flourishing of the gospel.

Conflict is something we all experience (regularly), but often handle in very fleshly ways. The gospel gives us a pattern and a means to healthy conflict resolution.
