Today episode is Spontaneous Content, with no prior notes and or talking points. I just winged it, why? because I can and I don't have to undermine my own ability to succeed by overthinking.
Some many ideas have died in the graves of our minds because we overthink them to nonfulfillment. We address the right approach towards overthinking as Leaders in today's episode with the understanding that failure might not be an option but it's one of the realities of life that we must always overcome and not the other way around.
