David is an industry expert at leading cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives and is passionate about enabling digital transformation in the public and private sector. He has held leadership positions in industry organizations and the Federal Government. David is also the co-host of The Inc.Tank - a podcast that features insights from the leaders in AI, Blockchain, Big Data, Synthetic Biology and Space Exploration on how these technologies will impact our world.

David is an Executive-in-Residence at the Ed Snider Center for Enterprise and Markets in the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and serves on the Board of the Advanced Technology Academic Research Council (ATARC) and the Association for Federal Information Resources Management (AFFIRM). David also holds the rank of Captain as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT with the Prince George’s County Fire Department in Maryland.
