If you are outsourcing your IT Services, do you know what is included?  Is it just desktop and infrastructure support?  Does it include asset management and real time auditing of all of your software licenses?  Is network security and backup for cloud services included?  More importantly, are they properly insured?

These are a few things that should be included in your contract.  Today we will discuss this and some other important services that should be provided by your IT Company.
