  • Christmas Eve 2020

Welcome to the 2020 Online Christmas Eve Service of Our Savior's Free Lutheran. We hope that you enjoy this presentation titled:

    The Wonder of Christmas!

At the end of the presentation, you will have the opportunity to hold a candle-lighting ceremony.  The lyrics of Silent Night are included below for your convenience. A downloadable and printable copy is also attached.

    Silent night, holy night!
All is calm, all is bright.
Round yon Virgin, Mother and Child.
Holy infant so tender and mild,
    Sleep in heavenly peace,
    Sleep in heavenly peace

    Silent night, holy night!
    Shepherds quake at the sight.
    Glories stream from heaven afar
    Heavenly hosts sing Alleluia,
    Christ the Saviour is born!
    Christ the Saviour is born

    Silent night, holy night!
Son of God love’s pure light.
Radiant beams from Thy holy face
    With dawn of redeeming grace,
    Jesus Lord, at Thy birth
    Jesus Lord, at Thy birth

    Silent night, holy night!
All is calm, all is bright.
Round yon Virgin, Mother and Child.
Holy infant so tender and mild,
    Sleep in heavenly peace,
    Sleep in heavenly peace

  • December 20, 2020 Sermon - First and Foremost!

In this episode of Serving Jesus Christ, Pastor Swanson shares a Sunday message titled,

    First and Foremost!

Since mankind chose to go a different direction, a Savior was necessary.   Before the world was ever created, God knew, approved of, and predestined Christ to redeem man by coming to earth and dying for us.   First and foremost, we must not let anything get in the way of celebrating the true meaning of Christmas.

If you desire further information, it may be obtained at [email protected].

The music, "O Holy Night, Away In A Manger, Joy To The World, and Angels We Have Heard On High" arranged and played by Don Wigton. Used by Permission.
