Serving Jesus Christ

This Sunday's Inspirational Message is:

Hell: Reality or Myth!

In this sermon, Pastor Swanson explores the reality of hell and its implications for humanity. Contrary to popular belief, hell is not a mere myth or an invention of a cruel God, but a real place that will be inhabited by real people for all of eternity. He emphasized the importance of understanding the justice and sovereignty of God, which necessitate the existence of hell.

Pastor Swanson also highlights that hell is not a temporary punishment, but an everlasting state of torment and separation from God. The sermon concludes with a call to reflect on our lives in light of eternity and a reminder of the urgency to share the love and truth of Christ with others.

Showing A Little Gratitude !

In this sermon titled "Showing A Little Gratitude," Pastor Swanson emphasizes the importance of cultivating an attitude of gratitude and intentionally engaging in acts of thanksgiving. He begins by highlighting the historical significance of the Thanksgiving holiday and its roots in gratitude and cooperation. He then encourages listeners to make giving thanks their default position, as ingratitude is a characteristic of rebellion against God.

Later, He emphasizes that giving thanks requires practice and intentional acts, suggesting daily rituals such as keeping a gratitude notebook or participating in a 30-Day Gratitude Challenge. The sermon concludes with a call to remember and count our blessings, expressing gratitude to God and others for His abundant blessings in our lives.
