Here's a recap of the session:
- You were able to complete your homework from last week, with the help of a fellow coach from your cohort. You've narrowed down your core message by saying "I help people discover the truth behind what's holding them back, so they can move forward and thrive."
- You teased out your process for helping people confront their fears and move forward with the following process.
- Your client takes full responsibility for their life and their choices.
- They do the work to dig deep and uncover the fear that is keeping them from making changes.
- They take action and embrace the necessary changes to move forward.
- You're still trying to decide how to 'identify' as a coaching, whether that be with your IG handle (@alifewelllivedcoaching), your YouTube channel (Authentic BS), or something completely different, like an 'empowerment coach'.
- We talked about the idea that as you coach more, the exact name will fall into place when it's needed, but not to focus on it at the expense of taking action.
- We discussed three (3) action items for you this week:
- Create a print a flier to post at a local coffee shop
- Notice and observe your experience as you complete #1. Were you excited, in flow, dreading the task, at ease with it, etc.
- Think about the idea of your authentic life holistically. If you were living in 100% authenticity, what details would be involved? Where would you live? What would you be doing? What would you and your son be doing? What would you be wearing? What would you be eating? etc.
- We will flesh this out in greater detail over the coming weeks.
