Here's a recap on tonight's session: 

• We talked about how you were able to complete your flier, per last week's assignment. You decided on Elevated Moves as your business name, and were also able to create a Gmail account and set up a URL under the name Elevated Moves. 

• You mentioned that the people in your current cohort are creating good energy and making some moves, and that feels exciting and motivating. We also discussed the concept of how action breeds motivation, not the other way around. We made similar comparisons to that idea, such as 'a body at rest tends to stay at rest' and the rocket ship using 50% of its fuel to get the first ten feet off the ground, and the importance of taking action. 

• We discussed your experience with creating your flier. You identified a 'gremlin', or an initial resistance (the first ten feet for the rocket to take off), when you started the process, but as you got into flow, the creative juices started pumping and the task became fun. You stated that even when you feel and identify the gremlin, it's not enough to stop you from moving forward, which is good. 

• You mentioned how it feels more manageable and engaging to work with a coach who is only one or two steps ahead of you, rather than a coach who is at the top tier. We discussed how that's a normal human response, and different coaches meet different needs depending on where we're at in our journey. 

• We closed out the session discussing what you want your career to look like in your 'authentic life'. We discussed that you are working on, or are in progress, on all of those themes except your vision of doing work to stop and prevent child abuse and human trafficking. You mentioned that it was something for 'in the future', or 'down the road'. We then discussed how the authentic life isn't something that's waiting on the other side of making money in coaching, and looking at what things we can do to start creating our authentic life now. We looked up https://www.thorn.org and teased out how you can start contributing to that now, even if it's like a tshirt, or a $5.00 monthly donation. The ultimate goal isn't necessarily to make huge moves, but to do what you can where you are, and level up and increase those efforts as you start to make more money. 

We also talked about the following action items between now and next week: 

1. You want to get your flier printed, and want copies to hand out at your writing group this upcoming Saturday. 
2. You want to get your business cards finished and ordered. 
3. You want to get an official contract drafted and ready to go for your first client. 
4. You want to set up something with Thorn.org
