In session 3 I talk about the universal struggle for self love and the battle we all may have with negative self talk. I discuss the massive impact social media has had on young generations and how it continues to control our standard of living. The battle between physical appearance as well as struggling with who you are as a person becomes more prevalent as you grow older, so I also try to share how I cope with this new problem as a reminder that you're not alone in this.
