Welcome to Conscious Growth, this is our seventh podcast and it's all about changing roles. Whether you have been promoted internally into a new role, or have a new role as a result of a restructure or indeed if you have come into a new org  from 'the outside' (or another situation) - either which way, it can be both exciting and daunting - and so being prepared and setting yourself up for success is a must.
