If I asked you to take a snapshot of life right now, what would be in that snapshot? Our lives are always evolving, and every day, our lives and we look different. So today on The Soul Frequency, I wanted to talk about my process of recording my life through a snapshot journal.

I start this conversation by explaining what the journal looks like to me, why I do it, and why I find it such a powerful practice. I then discuss how each day is unique and irreplaceable and why we must live in the precious present.
