Sometimes we question things in our life like, “why am I doing this” or “why do I always say these things” and we ask ourselves these questions so much that this angst becomes comfortable. We become comfortable feeling unhappy and unfulfilled because it is familiar to us. If I asked you if you were ready to let go of the angst in your life you would probably say yes. If I asked if you were ready to let go of the things that feel comfortable to you, your answer may not be as absolute. Today we are deep diving into committing to courage and putting an end to this comfortable angst. It is time to clear the path, clear the patterns, start being creative and courageous, and start living your truth.
