It’s 2025! I hope you are all rolling into this new year in a way that feels nourishing to you, eye-opening, exciting, and beautiful. And if you’re going through something soul-crushing or difficult and feeling the fluctuations on the planet right now, then I am right here with you.

I am in the midst of one of the wildest experiences in my life, and I wanted to share it with you all in this year’s first episode of The Soul Frequency. Today’s episode is all about the complicated relationships we have in our lives and the lessons we learn from them. Every experience we have in life is fertile ground for learning and evolving, so even when things are difficult, it’s good to remember this.
