Sessions: I Need Help

Listen Later

Many of us have a difficult relationship with asking for help. I know I have for my entire life. Many things can lead to this; our childhood, our experiences, our view of the world, lots of things. It can be difficult to unlearn the belief that to survive, we must do it on our own.

In today’s episode, I wanted to talk about my life and my lessons, and hopefully one of you finds it valuable. I wanted to start today’s episode with my first view of the world, and my first imprint. I then discuss imprints and how we can understand them and ultimately let them go. I then discuss the moment I healed my fear of asking for help and the strength this helped me find. Then lastly, I wanted to discuss how accepting help also helps those offering it to you.

It can be difficult to accept help and even more daunting asking for it. If this is something you relate to, then today’s episode is for you.

What you’ll find inside this conversation…

(00:27) Introducing today’s episode, I Need Help.

(01:40) My birth story and first imprint.
(04:47) Understanding our imprints.
(07:08) Healing and strength.
(15:13) Accepting help helps others.
