Sessions: I’ll Take Stupid Things for $100

Listen Later

You know on some game shows you get a category and a dollar amount, and you have to answer the questions correctly to get the money? Like, ‘I’ll take history for $500’? When life’s stupid things happen to me, I have started saying ‘I’ll take stupid things for $100.’ This is my mantra for breaking up the energy that stupid things create, and it reminds me to have humor when tackling life’s curveballs. This episode of The Soul Frequency, is all about asking yourself, is this stupid thing worth my time and my reflection?

In today’s episode, I talk about life’s stupid moments and the energy around them. I talk about not wasting energy on these silly moments, how to redirect that energy, and the powerful energetic expansion we can have through humor.

‘I’ll take stupid moments for $100’ reminds us where our energy is most valuable. If you’re interested in hearing more, then listen to the episode below.
