Welcome to 2022! I have been looking forward to this year for a really long time. It has always stood out to me. Whenever I’d look at a calendar I’d think, ‘Oh! Only three more years to go,’ because 2022 is full of angel numbers. Two is a number that vibrates powerful feminine energy, so to have three in one year is so exciting. So, I’m really looking forward to all the wonderful energy 2022 has in store.

In our first episode of the year here at The Soul Frequency, we talk all about this feminine energy and how we can harness it to help us awaken our soul mission and to make our desires a reality. When we are in the process of awakening, a lot of changes begin happening in our lives. In today’s episode we discuss the importance of these changes, and how they are a way of gathering tools for our soul mission. We also discuss the importance of our individual desires and why we must set intentions.
