The Soul Frequency Show

Sessions: Me Then vs Me Now

Listen Later

When I look back on my life, I have to smile and laugh a little bit because I have been so many different things in this lifetime. Like so many of us, I have lived so many different lives within this life. We change and we evolve, and this is a choice. We’re never stuck unless we say and believe we are.

In today’s episode of The Soul Frequency, I track back through my linear mind to reflect on who I was and who I am now.

In this conversation, I talk about the many versions of us that have lived in this life. I start by reflecting on the frequency changes throughout my life, focusing on when I made the conscious decision to give up the life I was living, before discussing how I let go of the personal plan I had set for myself.

Take this as an invitation to surrender.

I hope you find something in today’s conversation. I’ll see you here next week.

What you’ll find inside this conversation…

(00:23) Our many lives in this life time.

(04:45) Frequency changes.
(06:52) Giving up the life you no longer want to live.
(09:38) Letting go of personal plans.
(11:00) The role of manifestation in surrender.

More resources for your high-vibe life…
