It’s the last session episode of 2022, so I thought it would be the perfect time to reflect on the year, and wow. What a year it has been. If you think of 2020 and 2021 as a wake up, then 2022 was a deepening. It was a time to think, integrate, and reconsider our lives. We went through such big changes, that 2022 was a time to reflect on who we are as a result of those changes. It was truly a beautiful transformational time.

In today’s conversation, I reflect on 2022, the lessons it brought us, and how we can learn from them. 2022 taught us the value of connection when going through change, and how change is inevitable. I discuss how stability is an illusion, and how we will always continue to adapt and grow. Finally, I offer some manifestations for 2023.
