The Soul Frequency Show

Sessions: Really Living Life After Change

Listen Later

After big changes, we may ask ourselves questions like – what is my life now? What is my new normal? How do I move on from this change?

So, in today’s episode of The Soul Frequency, I wanted to reflect on my recent experience of losing my dad and how a trip away, filled with signs from him, reminded me of what it’s like to live after change.

In this session, I discuss everything that has to do with living after change. I discuss what beautiful moments can exist during and after change before deep-diving into why feeling the whole range of human emotions is important. I then close by discussing what I believe truly living is.

This life experience will come to a close at some point, so we better start living now and start doing all the things we want, dream, and envision for ourselves.

I hope you find something in today’s episode. I’ll see you here next week.

What you’ll find inside this conversation…
