It’s my birthday!! Another trip around the sun!
Birthdays are a great time to reflect on life. We are continually learning about ourselves, the world, and our time in it. So I’m so excited to be gaining yet another year and to share this with you.
The topic of this episode is giving to ourselves. It’s all about turning inward and giving the same energy to ourselves that we give to others.
I start this conversation by discussing my birthday, my Chiron Return, and how I had the tools to handle this transition. I then discuss the trickier moments in life and how surrendering to them and appropriately directing our energy can help us grow and release. Then, I discuss pouring into our own cup and how wonderful this feels.
