Right now, there are a lot of crazy things going on in the world, meaning we’re being energized by many different sources. So, today on The Soul Frequency podcast, I wanted to dive into energy centers and places so we can choose to tune into the energies we like best and not be stuck with those we don’t align with.

I start this conversation by discussing how we must unplug from negative energies to find the positive ones… I then discuss AstroCartography and how the world seems to be called toward traveling and journeys.
