This week Sara Cate and Ashley have an honest conversation around the natural limits we all possess. There are so many messages that tell us we need to be more and have more even when we are empty. Your favorite duo round out this season, once again, offering you permission to be human and explore the difference between having enough and your belief of being enough. Trusting that even when it is hard, and you don’t show up how you want to, it isn't a reflection of what you innately deserve.
Real talk: Sara Cate forgot to do the show notes for this week. She realized it in the 11th hour after a sweet reminder text from Ashely. This was a moment she realized she couldn't do it all and the compassion from her friend let her have some more compassion for herself. This is the perfect example of not having enough and still being enough, thank goddess for the Ashley’s who remind us that we are enough without having enough.
