What we are told as we grow up has a major impact on how we feel about ourselves and our lives. The family we are born into has the power to form our energetic frequency, whether it is negative or positive. So this episode of The Soul Frequency is about our learned frequencies and how to break free of them (if that’s what you want!)

I start this episode by discussing frequencies and family and the positive impacts they can have. I then discuss the negative impacts and how you can choose to live outside this frequency. I discuss how to switch frequencies by surrounding yourself with other people on the frequency you crave before closing the conversation with some questions to ask yourself.
