Set Free: Ben’s Story of Redemption and Purpose
“And they have conquered him [the accuser] by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony…” Revelation 12:11a

When I asked Ben if he would like to come on the show and share his testimony, he responded so quickly I honestly wasn’t sure if he was serious! Most of the time people need at least a few minutes to think about coming on radio/podcast and sharing their personal life with complete strangers. But Ben didn’t even hesitate! And as you will hear, it’s because he knows that his life is a testament to what God has done in him, not a story of what’s happened to “Ben”.
So often, I think many of us shy away from sharing our story because it doesn’t seem “that bad”. But as I share in my “Before the Last Petal Falls” episode, the truth is; I was headed for hell and now I’m not! And I don’t ever want to get used to how amazing and beautiful that is. Nor do I ever want to see it as something not great enough to share or celebrate! So, for anyone who has been redeemed by the blood of the Lamb, SHOUT your testimony!
And the other amazing Truth is…anyone is able to receive eternal life! “because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.” Romans 10:9-10
