Reflect on 2024:

• What challenges did you face? 
• What lessons did you learn? 
• This reflection will inform the goals you set for 2025.
• Identify areas where you experienced growth and areas where you felt stuck or unfulfilled. 
• This can help you pinpoint goals that will enhance your overall well-being and satisfaction in the new year.

Create SMART Goals:

• Use the SMARTER framework to set goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound, Evaluate and Revise. 
• This ensures your goals are clear and attainable, which increases the likelihood of success.

Break Goals into Actionable Steps:

• Once your goals are set, break them down into smaller, actionable steps. 
• Progress over Perfection 
• This makes them feel less overwhelming and helps maintain motivation as you achieve these smaller milestones.
• Create a timeline for each goal, identifying key actions and deadlines. This roadmap will serve as a guide throughout the year.
