Kyle talks with Chad & Deb about their Ryman-type setters. We discuss their program, dogs, and hunting wild birds in Wisconsin and South Dakota.

Ryan Schmidt is a passionate upland bird hunter that has lived in Alaska for 20 years. He’s owned and hunted with setters for the last 10 years. Kyle chats with Ryan about his dogs and the amazing life they have in America’s true wild animal kingdom, Alaska.

Chuy and Kyle talk about hunting Iowa roosters, the Cash Setters crew, and setter pups.

In this episode I describe in some detail the key differences between the two types of styles that setters innately are and how to effectively hunt with both. Focused on from a forest hunting perspective but the same can mostly be adopted in open country.
