• Being aware of what your subconscious mind is taking in… not just your conscious mind
• Don't allow the stories of others become your story
• Uncovering where your fears are coming from (ie Fears of putting yourself out there, sharing success, getting on facebook live etc.)
• Allow yourself to capitalize on your intuition and momentum
• You can't ask to be great if you're still playing small
• Create a schedule and stick to it! No negotiating!!
