Setting boundaries is terrifying to begin with, it's extra hard when it's family. 
After years of grief and hurt, I finally cut ties with my Dads side of the family, and I did it over Facebook. It was terrifying and healing and brutal all at the same time. 
I share about why I came to this point, how I did it & wrap it all up with a big reminder: You are not responsible for maintaining a relationship with the people who let you down as a child. Let them go and let your inner child grieve the loss.
