In this week's episode, we chat with Cindy Robinson from The Kid Factory to discuss the importance of talking about and being aware of mental health in our kids from a young age. We were so delighted to talk with Sarah Collins, a homeschool mom and Occupational Therapist, about what it looks like to incorporate extra help and OT services in a homeschool day.
