This week is all about choosing your 'be'. The 'do' and the 'have' then follow much more easily. It takes a while to build this leadership muscle but keep working on it! Choose your 'be' for key events and important conversations. Learning to reflect or 'retro' with honesty and a learning mindset is powerful for us as leaders individually and is also a tool that we can use with our teams to build a safe, learning environment.
