In Revelation chapters 2 and 3 we find letters to seven churches in Asia Minor- Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea. These 7 churches were seeking to follow Jesus in the midst of the Roman Empire. What can we learn about following Jesus as individuals and as a community in 2024 and in the midst of our own empires from these 7 letters written to these 7 churches about 2,000 years ago?

Our last week in this series we look at the seventh and final church- the church at Laodicea found in Revelation 3:14-22.
