Today is a heavy topic.

I speak about specific triggers of sexual abuse, assault, and rape. Sharing stories of survivors, I connect on intimacy and its effect after sexual abuse, and talk of grooming as well. I inform you about the recent lawsuit being filed against Sean Combs (Diddy) from Casandra Ventura (Cassie).

I want to bring to light that these topics are important. That the conversation needs to be had. In this segment, I have not willfully told my story but I hope one day soon I can explain in detail the feelings I had. Just speaking about it brought up flashbacks of my own experiences and I want to tell you that if you are or someone you know, whether it be a loved one, a friend, a family member, or even an acquaintance, your story matters. I am here for you.
