Hi, my name is Wala and this is my journey....

My spiritual and personal growth began when my long term intimate but open relationship came to an abrupt end. The lights went out in my heart. I was terrified, hurt, and alone for the first time in my life. The heartache was excruciating as I searched desperately for a pathway back to my own sexual and emotional pleasure. After years of deep grief and endless tears, I knew I wanted to love again, but fear and the trauma of pain felt were deeply embedded in my nervous system.

Until unexpectedly I met a man, who too was on his path of exploring conscious and spiritual growth. Slowly he nurtured me with compassion and an abundance of humour and over time he became my friend, my confidante, my muse, and my lover. He showed me that love can be given in many forms albeit not conventional and he held my hand back to love. Armed with this newfound outlook and our profound experiences exploring Tantra together I knew that I wanted to help other people deepen their connection with themselves and their intimate partners and stay in love - because I love, love!

Over the years I have invested countless hours learning, exploring and experiencing various modalities around the country and overseas to expand and deepen my knowledge by discovering more about relationships, sexuality, and deepening connection with authentic pleasure.

Through my own journey I learned that true embodiment is a gentle process and it takes time and that the trauma of a broken heart doesn't have to be a life sentence! This is why my approach to teaching is genuinely gentle, kind in nature, focusing on expanding your subtle sensations through methodical self-inquiry rather than fleeting spiritual revelations or high peak experiences.

It is my passion to support people to explore intimacy, understand attraction, and learn how to create erotic friction, so sexual pleasure can be experienced and expressed fully. Lovers Masterclass was created for those in loving relationships who want to maintain and deepen their existing connection, to give people an opportunity to exhaust all avenues before ending something that may be fractured and not completely broken and to help people find love by helping them love themselves first.
