An incident in San Francisco occurred where it appears a homeless person attacked a former fire commissioner with what appeared to be a metal pipe. The former commissioner had a fractured skull and broken jaw after the altercation. A new video and information has been released by the public defender that brings in to question the idea that the alleged victim had previously attacked other homeless individuals with bear spray.
