The 2020 Victory League season FINALLY got underway with an exhibition game in Sobieski between the Billygoats and the Skis.  The game ended in a 5-5 tie after 9 innings, everyone was in agreement that it just felt great to be at the ballpark again!

In the final episode of Reading with Rick, Mickey and his Friends turn a camp-OUT into a camp-IN and Bambi, Thumper and Friend Owl watch the night sky put on a dazzling display.  Then in the final adventure in The Magic Tree House, Jack and Annie get to meet Leonardo Da Vinci and find out all about this fascinating man and the secret to happiness.

In the exciting conclusion to the Memorial Day special episode, Jack and Annie complete their exciting Magic Tree House mission to smuggle a plane full of young children out of France with the help of some friends from Camelot, just as the Allies are set to launch their D-Day invasion on Normandy.

In this very special episode, 2 local authors are featured!  Faye Sandy is a 6th grade teacher at Pioneer Elementary in Pierz and shares her book "Awesome Possum", a story about accepting different points of view.  Then Mrs. Rosetta Weber shares her book "Little Duck",a story of overcoming your fears.  We finish with a Magic Tree House trip to the Great Plains of America nearly 200 years ago in "Buffalo Before Breakfast."
