As the owner of inspirational platform Boss Babes South Africa, Miss Moodley turned her pain into power by creating a platform that inspires and empowers over eleven thousand individuals on a daily basis.

She initially began her career as a chartered accountant, taking up a management consulting role which led her to great opportunities.

She however experienced a few disempowering incidents where she was torn down by other women. She not only learnt from the experience but it motivated her to start Boss Babes of South Africa. After just over a year, the online platform has created a space for women to not only impact one another but to inspire, motivate and learn from one another.
