How quickly the new turns to the old. As we trek forward into the new year, Matty speaks to the fact that humans are creatures of habit. Whether good or bad, how can we turn those habits into something more?

On Jan 8th I decided to start a podcast. I had an idea of just having conversations with people on any topic. I never would have thought of talking to some the guests I had on my podcast. From talking with close friends to people from Australia, I am so glad I got to have a good time with all of the people in my episodes. I can’t wait to post more content for you all and grow as a podcaster. Here’s to a year.
