Eccelsiastes 1:7(CEB) says, All streams flow to the sea, but the sea is never full; to the place where the rivers flow, there they continue to flow. There is nothing in this world that is new. What you are going through today has already happened to someone somewhere in the world. Generations of people revolve around the earth, but the earth never changes. So also any situation you may be experiencing has happened to someone somewhere. So what do you do when you feel like the world is crashing in on you?

 Matthew 22:37-39, Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’  38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself. When Jesus says something we better pay attention. He is telling us that the best thing we can do for ourselves is to first of all love the Lord will our our heart, soul and mind. Meaning everything in you must love God and the next thing he said is that you love your neighbor as yourself. How can you love others without first knowing how to love yourself?
