In this episode, Stephanie teaches how she moves through shadows and the integration process. A shadow is an aspect of yourself that you have identified with in the past that stems from the ego. Some of these shadows are extremely painful to clear because they are engrained so deeply. Stephanie explains how a recent shadow showed up and the steps she took to light it up so it could dissolve and she could live more fully aligned to her higher self.
