Melissa Parker was born into a family where food and hospitality were just their everyday life. The story begins with Monckton and Graham which was established by her mother, Sandys' parents in 1932 in Bondi Junction and then run by her Grandmother Connie and Eric Graham until her passing in 1978. Monckton and Graham become Mastercut Meats in 1983.
