In this week’s episode we discuss shaking off those holiday blues. Covid-19 and Covid-45 aside, this time of year can be difficult for many people. For those who are super holiday fanatics, we ask for a little more grace for the Scrooges. For the Scrooges, which I can be, I suggest focusing on creating new memories.
