This writing explores what can be known about an advanced alien civilization without direct contact. It defines what an advanced civilization is and suggests psychological dispositions based on that definition.

The focus of this episode is the spiritual teacher and student-teacher relationship. Because what a teacher is, depends on the underlying concept of intelligence, the approach in this paper is to start with concepts of intelligence and move from there to implications on the main topics.
