In this episode I talk about looking back at a part of my life and being ashamed of it. Specifically, I was ashamed of my behavior. I did some not-cool stuff, and it's difficult looking back and remembering it. Through therapy, I've learned how to process my shame (grieving) in the healthiest way I can for myself, and to move forward with my life.
The second half of this episode I talk about accountability. I share some tips I've come up with to help build accountability for myself.
