Guest Trenajiah Harris comes on and she is such a pleasure and one of the easiest episodes to record thus far due to her amazing ability to ease through such a tough conversation. I attest this to her fluency in the language of socializing. 

In this episode we go over what it feels like to grow up mixed. In a world where we are all just trying to find our place, this week guest and myself offer two experiences where we have found it hard to fully fit in anywhere and what we experienced it to mean to be "white enough"

I try to stay away from the charge around using terms like racism but in authentic fashion the shame game goes where it wants.

Guest Liz Getman and I share more about what it's really like to get divorced and why we did it than what has ever been released before. Liz also shares with us changes in her life after divorce including sexuality and labeling and why she does not really like labels. We round off the episode with some yoga talk. 

This weeks guest is an amazing human who I have gained so much from over the years for having known her and followed her journey. I hope listeners can get a taste of that as well through this episode.

Guest Melina Rodriguez joins us to talk about her experiences as a sex worker, and of course her shame. Strippers, only fans, graduate degrees, mental health counseling, and so much more is shared by this amazing woman. 

This episode goes over four core types of shame and I interview a guests/friend. We share examples of each type of shame in our lives as well as discuss what they meant to us and how the Shame affected us. 

This includes job experiences and past relationships. 

Shame on me is a podcast that has the goal of taking the power shame has on us away by normalizing talking about it.
